Mathew 5:14-16

¨Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven¨. Joy in the Morning

I will extol you, O Lord, for you have drawn me up    and have not let my foes rejoice over me.O Lord my God, I cried to you for help,    and you have healed me. O Lord, you have brought up my soul from Sheol;    you restored me to life from among those who go down to the pit.  Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints,    and give thanks to his […]

Today’s post is a bit different. I need to apologize because I haven’t been on here in a few days. I´m not really sure why, no good excuses. I guess ive been a little depressed with my husband gone and suddenly, for unknown reasons, unable to contact me. I´m trying to turn that around though. […]

Romans Road to Salvation

The Problem- Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” We have all sinned. We have all done things that displease God. (lie, cheat, steal, ect..) No one is perfect.

The Continuance-  Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” The continuance for our sins is death. Not just physical death, but a eternal one.

God´s Gift- “but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” God sent His son Jesus to die for us! Jesus’ death paid the price of our sins. His resurrection proves that God accepted Jesus’ death as the payment for our sins.

What to do- Romans 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” All we have to do is believe in Him, have faith that His death is payment for our sins – and we will be saved!

Ask- Romans 10:13 says it again, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Gods gift is for anyone. Just believe, and ask his forgiveness. Ask Him into you heart and he will be there. Its that easy.
